These Terms of Service govern your use of playerssportscenter.com and of Players Sports Center, the indoor multi-sport facility at 2367 W Logan Blvd, Chicago, IL 60647. By using the site, booking a reservation, buying a membership, registering for a program or entering the building, you agree to them.
If you are booking or registering on behalf of a team, a company or a minor, you agree to these terms for everyone in your party, and you are responsible for making sure they follow them.
Everyone who plays at Players Sports Center must complete our waiver. Participants under 18 need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Follow the posted facility rules and the direction of our staff at all times. Court-appropriate, non-marking athletic shoes are required on all playing surfaces — street shoes, cleats and bare feet are not permitted outside the sand courts. Outside food and alcohol are not allowed. Players Beach Bar serves alcohol only to guests of legal drinking age with valid ID, and our staff may refuse service.
We may refuse entry to, or remove without refund, anyone who is unsafe, abusive to staff or other guests, damaging property, or otherwise in breach of these terms or the facility rules.
Private groups, teams and organizations renting space must meet our insurance requirements. Contact our staff before booking so we can confirm what is needed.
You are responsible for damage you or your party cause to the facility or its equipment. Personal property is brought in at your own risk — we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
Court, turf, sand and room reservations, memberships and program registrations are taken through our booking platform at book.playerssportscenter.com, operated by Playbypoint. Your use of that platform is also subject to its own terms.
Reservations are confirmed when payment is taken, and a time slot is not held until it is. Rates, peak and non-peak hours, and minimum block lengths are as shown at the time of booking. Memberships, including the Spike Club, run for the term shown at purchase, and member rates and booking windows apply only while the membership is active.
Rates and hours can change. A change never affects a reservation that is already confirmed and paid.
Cancellation windows, credits and refunds for reservations, programs and memberships are as stated at the time of booking on our booking platform. Please cancel as early as you can so the time can go to another group.
If we have to cancel — a facility issue, a utility outage, a safety concern or another cause outside our control — you will be offered a credit or a refund for the affected time. We are not responsible for other costs you may incur as a result.
Tournaments, buyouts and recurring blocks are booked under a separate agreement, and that agreement's cancellation terms control.
Recreational sports carry a risk of injury. By playing at Players Sports Center you accept that risk for yourself and for any minor you are responsible for, and you agree to the terms of the waiver you sign.
To the fullest extent Illinois law allows, Players Sports Center, 2367 Sports and Entertainment, LLC and their owners, staff and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the facility or this website, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking or program the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The website and its content are provided as they are. We work to keep schedules, rates and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail on the site is complete or current — the booking platform is the authoritative source for availability and price.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
