Players Sports Center is an indoor multi-sport facility at 2367 W Logan Blvd, Chicago, IL 60647. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, book a court, register for a program or come through our doors — and what we do with it.
We collect what we need to run the facility and nothing we do not have a use for. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and mailing address when you fill out a form, book a reservation, buy a membership, register a child for a program, apply for a job or sign a waiver. For programs involving minors we also collect the participant's name, age and any emergency contact or care information a parent or guardian chooses to give us.
Payment information. Reservations, memberships and program registrations are processed by our booking provider, Playbypoint, and its payment processor. Card numbers are handled by that processor — we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. When you use this website we and our analytics and advertising tools receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, including the HubSpot tracking code and the Meta pixel.
On site. Our facility uses video surveillance in common areas and on the playing surfaces for safety and security.
We use the information we collect to take and confirm bookings, run leagues, programs and events, process payments, answer your questions, staff and secure the building, and meet our insurance and legal obligations.
With your consent where it is required, we also use it to send you marketing — league launches, open play times, event invites and membership offers — and to measure and target our advertising. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We use aggregated and de-identified information to understand how the facility and the website are used and to make both better.
We share personal information with service providers who work on our behalf and are permitted to use it only for that work — our booking and payment platform, our email and CRM platform, our analytics and advertising partners, and our insurers and professional advisers.
Where a program at our facility is run by a partner organization, such as a youth club or an anchor tenant, registration information for that program is shared with the organization running it.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the safety of our guests, our staff or our property. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising tools described above.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by writing to us. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a booking or registration you have made.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device and platform settings. Parts of the site may not work as well with cookies disabled.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to tell you how we have used it. Illinois residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights. Write to info@playerssportscenter.com and we will respond within the period the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Our website and programs are not directed to children under 13 for the purpose of collecting information directly from them. Information about a minor participant is collected from a parent or guardian.
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information, can go to info@playerssportscenter.com or Players Sports Center, 2367 W Logan Blvd, Chicago, IL 60647.
We may update this policy as the facility and our tools change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
