Why this role exists

The kitchen is a big part of what makes a night at Players feel like more than a game. This is the person who preps, plates and keeps service moving so hungry players and fans get great food fast.

What you'll own

  • Prep and mise en place before every service
  • Cooking to spec on the line during game-night rushes
  • Keeping your station clean stocked and health-code ready
  • Portioning and basic food-cost discipline
  • Helping shape a menu built for a fast social crowd

What success looks like

  • Food goes out fast and consistent even on the busiest nights
  • The station stays clean and organized end to end
  • Waste and food costs stay in check
  • Regulars come back for the food — not just the games

Pay & schedule

  • $21 per hour
  • Part-time, mainly nights and weekends when leagues run
  • Discounted league play and food for staff

Who you'll work with

Reports to the Kitchen Lead / Bar Manager. Partners day to day with bar and guest services staff.

First impressions set the tone for the whole night. This seat makes sure everyone — regulars, first-timers and event guests — feels looked after from the moment they hit the door.

What you'll own

  • Greeting and checking in players teams and guests
  • Answering questions about leagues rentals and events
  • Point-of-sale for drinks gear and walk-ins
  • Keeping the lobby and common areas sharp
  • Being the go-to for directions lost-and-found and quick fixes

What success looks like

  • Guests feel welcomed and taken care of
  • Check-in and questions get handled fast
  • The front of house stays clean and organized
  • Complaints at the desk trend down over time

Who you'll work with

Reports to the Operations Manager. Partners with sports staff, kitchen and bar, and event coordinators.
